Reseña del editor:
The Mandylion is an intellectual mystery-detective spanning several historical epochs. An intriguing quest for an ancient secret develops on the background of the history of Armenians and Christian peoples of the Eastern Mediterranean. Our contemporaries are gradually uncovering an exciting image of the Order of Guardians, who, from Jesus Christ to the Fall of Constantinople to our times, awaiting for the “better times” have protected an ancient relic for the Christians of the world. But better times have never arrived, and today destructive forces are annihilating with sword and fire the last pockets of Christian Civilization in the Middle East, where this Civilization was born and flourished for centuries. The current troubled state of affairs in the region increases the relevance of the first English edition of this book, first published in Russian in 2013.

The longing for his beloved profession Vahan has compensated by putting his in-depth knowledge of the history into The Mandylion and another novel that will soon be published.
