Inhaltsangabe

This rising sun is an invitation to see the Garden of Eden around us with open eyes—and, with closed eyes, the Kingdom of Heaven within us here and now. The ancient mystics termed this enlightenment Sahaja Samadhi. As Oya Zen-Rama discovers, this profoundly peaceful state is a natural consequence of the stunning insight that, in reality, there’s nothing happening! This collection of verse is an outpouring from the inner voice over a four-year period, from 2013 to 2016. It is a contemporary song and dance about an age-old mystery and a celebration of the journey towards enlightenment and life beyond enlightenment. An interesting, introspective collection of verse, there is something in each poem that relates to us all. The spontaneous poetry contained herein documents stunning spiritual realizations blow by blow. It offers a new testament to the aliveness of our non-dual reality and the freshness and fun of our inner voice. It is a guide to those walking the path of love and a light celebrating our true nature as we make a courageous leap into enlightened reality.

CHAPTER 1

Burning Up in Red-Hot Love

There's nothing more Beautiful Than the light From the sun And the wind In the trees.

The Essential Satsang Transmission

What is this foolish idea of an identity?
It's hogwash!
Layers upon layers from true reality
Distorting, confusing, crippling.

I am nobody in particular
(Working through a body) —
A nothing
(Exactly!),
Simply present.
Here!
Now!
A witness,
Simply existing.

And intelligently response-able
To participate and enjoy;
To delightfully receive in gratitude
And creatively give in gratitude.

Give "your" self up in the moment!
The time is now
To lose it!

Sex Talk

Surrender; share yourself.
Enjoy the other totally.
X marks the spot; explore.

Take your sweet time.
Arouse the whole body.
Lose control; let go.
Kiss and caress afterwards.

(As Rumi says, the way you make love
Is the way God will be with you!)

This Is a Love Affair

You don't do meditation.
Meditation does you,

Like handing your body over to a lover
Who you have great trust will surprise and please you
In far better ways than you know and can do for yourself!

Ordinariness Transformation

"Being seen as brilliant"
And "being loved by others"
Are a hell of a lot different than
"Enjoying life"
And "loving people."

It's time to shift focus!

Death

Dissolve
Emptiness
Abyss
Totality
Home

Melt and Merge

The giving tree,
The tranquil lake,
The starlit sky,
The birds that sing,
The luscious green grass,
The radiant sun,
The beauteous flowers,
Their fragrance on the breeze —
I melt into you
As snow melts in spring.
I merge with you
As two lovers become one.

This Paradise

I came to be.
I came to fall.
Around me, within me,
Take it all.

There is no greater lover
This paradise unknown!
It's not a matter of time.
You're already home!

My quest for truth unmatched,
My heart is a seer!
The clothing covering my skin a wall
Between me and my new lover.

This gift, this beauty, this orange splendour!
Oh constant, oh changing,
Oh roaring ocean,
Like a river, I rush towards you.

The Internal Map to Ecstasy

Hallelujah!
End
Calm
Silence
Timeless
Abundance
Synchronised
Yes, yes, yes, yes!
Eureka!

Zazen

Fold it away.
Kiss it good day.
Three sighs of relief
Will help it be brief.

Forgive and forget;
Lose all regret.
For the promise of tomorrow,
No need to beg, steal, or borrow.

It's not you who will levitate
When you rush to educate, And
that know-it-all chatterbox
Certainly knows not!

There's nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Just to enjoy
And embrace what comes to you.

Nothing required,
Nothing desired.
Simply be here;
Simple be now.

The Blessed Return of Innocence

These are a few Of my favourite things ... to do:

• Dancing barefoot on the grass

• Riding a push bike without hands

• Headstands and handstands

• Listening to ecstatic music

• Colouring in

• Splashing in the bath

• Being naked in nature

• Juggling oranges

• Skipping with the wind

• Swinging in the trees

• Any combination of these together (And then sitting silently — not doing anything!)

That

The start of your favourite song
The first sip of your morning coffee
The unconditional hug from a parent
An afternoon swim on a hot day
The touch from your lover
The first sip on your evening wine
Retiring to bed at the end of a long day
The morning sun on your skin
The moment before orgasm An
uncontrollable belly laugh The
tears of joy and forgiveness
The moment of epiphany and clarity
That!

If Life Is So Simple and So Beautiful ...

Then how have I made it so complicated and miserable?

Consciously see and taste the simple beauty of it, and in turn, you will see the "I" that creates hell for you in simple contrast, in simple comparison. And then begin to witness it; slowly, slowly, you will understand how this "I" functions. In the seeing will be the disappearing. In the disappearing, life's sublime simplicity and elegant beauty will be revealed as the permanent host — eternally here! True happiness, true peace, bliss beyond measure, ever present!

Be calm. Rest in Me.

Enjoy the love I have for you!

Not My Idea to Be Here

What to do with this life?
Always carried as a heavy burden!
Let go,
Let go and flow ...
Surrender to the part of you that wants you here,
That gives you life! That is your life source!
Your will is my will.
Your will be done!

The Sacred Gateway

Love is
The sacred gateway
To dhyana ("meditation").

Wakefulness
Is sweeter
Than any dream!

Bring On Your Own Death

There is only life
After death.
Before death,
There is only death!
Bring on your own death
As soon as possible
To be free in the Kingdom
And to be an immortal being!

Adi Shakti

Try as I may,
I stop to bow down.
I am humbled completely,
Then exalted totally,
Both
At the same time
In no time!
And I am whole.

Everything/Nothing

What appears to be everything
Is actually nothing.
And what appears to be nothing
Is actually everything.
It's a trick of the light!
Oh, the emptiness of things
And the potency of nothing!

Languor Here

Languor here Be
a languorleer!
Volunteer!
There's nothing to fear.

Rest your bones;
Claim our thrones.
Now, sweetly alone,
Be welcome, home.

Throw You Overboard

I am the hunter.
You are the treasure,
Inexpressible
Beyond measure!
Sweet ecstasy,
A river of milk to me,
I bathe in you,
Splish-splash in you!
I am free!

Come with me
To the sea —
The sea of love!
I want to show...
