David J. Reeves is a 1982 graduate of historic Clark College now known as Clark-Atlanta University. Mr. Reeves has been a technical/legal writer for over 30 years and has work in both public and private sectors. His collaborator and soul mate, Renee Miller has spent the past 26 years educating young minds in the Newark New Jersey Public School District as a Vice-Principal. They both reside in Northern New Jersey.
