Robert has received the Special Recognition Award from the Employee Assistance Professional Association for his work in EAP response and citations from his work at Columbine H.S., Oklahoma City, 9/11 in NYC, Newtown, Ct, Hurricane Sandy and other incidents both large and small. Robert serves on the Employee Assistance Professional Association's Workplace Disaster Preparedness Panel.
