Victor Chiang ( AKA: Master Q ) is the founder of International Chinese Buddhist Foundation ( ICBA ) , Buddhist Tripitaka Foundation and The Universal Scientific Chanist Meditation System ( USCMS ) . He compiled many Buddhist books and developed over 30 different meditation system , and hosted many Chinese Chan meditation camp in America and China .
