James H. Zahniser, Ph.D. Jim Zahniser is a Clinical and Community Psychologist with over 25 years experience as a researcher, trainer, and program developer in human services and community development. He is currently a Principal at TriWest Group, a human services evaluation and consulting company, and the Executive Director of Pathways to Promise, a national faith-based mental health training and ministry development organization. Edwin F. Estevez, Ph.D. Dr. Edwin Estevez currently resides in Greenville, Illinois where he serves as Provost & COO of Greenville College. Over the last seven years, the Dominican Republic native lead Estrategia Group, a human and organizational capital development consulting firm, as President. An author, speaker, strategist, and educator, Dr. Estevez is married to Jessica and has two daughters, Taina and Natalia. Dwight W. Jackson, Ph.D. Dwight Jackson has spent most of the last 40 years working in, researching, writing about, or teaching about at risk US, African, and Asian urban and rural communities. Currently he is CEO of the Sabbath Year Economic and Agriculture company which operates two model farms in Rwanda. Also, he is Executive Director of the Rwandan NGO PROCOM which develops drinking water resources for more than one million rural Rwandans.
