John Shivers is a life-long lover of mysteries. Erle Stanley Gardner, Agatha Christie, Jane Tesh, Philip Craig, Carolyn Hart, Mary Daheim, Joe Lee, Mignon Ballard, M.C. Beaton… the list of mystery writers whose works have influenced him since the 1950’s is extensive.
