He has more than twenty years of top corporate management experience in both large and small companies. Viva spent fifteen years as a consultant in the high-tech and manufacturing industries and thirteen years as a CEO and executive coach for small and midsize businesses He also served on the board of directors of several companies and chaired a number of advisory boards.

Viva is the author of several books and e-books, including It’s Lonely at the Top: A Practical Guide to Becoming a Better Leader of Your Small Company. He speaks occasionally on subjects related to business ownership and management.

Born in Argentina, his hunger to learn led to his immigration to the United States as a young man. He lives in Acworth, Georgia.
