After years of insisting she wasn’t a morning person, she has defied the odds and is a morning co-host on Life 97.9. Her background includes a B.S. in Management from Moorhead State University - Moorhead MN, and 16 years in human resources. She has an extensive background working with corporate groups, non-profits and associations as she helps them identify road blocks detouring productivity and provides concrete solutions to living and working more intentionally. Teresa and her family are based in Fargo, ND.
