Edward, heir to the British throne marriage to Princess Alice, is on the rocks, for the sake of the monarchy, she must be eliminated. A Russian billionaire conspires to be a major player in the Middle East by discrediting the West. He engineers a situation whereby a Saudi Prince makes an anti West statement and then plots to have him assassinated, laying the blame on the Americans. The plot is uncovered and Steven Pinder, code name Spider, is sent in to eliminate the hired assassin. For his protection, the Prince is sent to the UK, a situation is contrived and a rather naive young Prince becomes emotionally involved with Princess Alice. It is in many interests Brits included, that this Saudi Prince is disposed of and rather conveniently an opurtunity to resolve the Princess Alice situation, Steven is taxed with the job of eliminating them. But Steven has a conspiracy of his own and he makes sure the Russian is dealt with as well.
