Tracy Baines is a writer, speaker and workshop organiser. Her short stories and articles have been published in magazines in the UK and overseas including Woman's Weekly, The Lady, Take A Break, My Weekly, The People's Friend, Best and Candis. She contributes regularly to Frost Magazine and is involved with the charity Words for the Wounded which raises funds through writing competitions and events to support injured forces personnel. She is extremely fond of a large cup of tea (china please) accompanied by a large slice of lemon drizzle cake. Ideas come to her while walking her dog or lazing in the bath.
