Colonel Jim M. Donihee, OMM, CD is a graduate of the Royal Military College in Saint-Jean, P.Q., and was a single-seat fighter pilot and senior military commander in both NORAD and NATO theatres of operations. Retiring after 28 years of service, his subsequent career spanned senior executive leadership positions in industry, government and not-for-profit, all focused on creating and sustaining organizational excellence.
