James Button is well-known as the leading authority on taxi licensing law. He is the principal of James Button & Co, a niche practice providing legal services and training to local authorities in England and Wales. Before setting up James Button & Co, James worked at Manchester City and South Tyneside Metropolitan Borough Councils, and Manchester Health Authority.
James is President of the Institute of Licensing.
