At the fourth meeting of the Board, held at the Bethlehem Club, Janu ary 21, 1918, a motion offered by Mr. W. J. Heller was adopted, providing that inasmuch as traffic conditions are intolerable, drastic measures be taken to remedy them and that a committee be appointed to get in touch with the Lehigh Valley Transit Company and report to the Board.
