Excerpt from Methods of Chemical Control in Cane Sugar Factories
The matter contained in the first 47 pages of this volume originally appeared in the International Sugar Jaanal (vol. VI., as far as the English version was concerned. It is now, at the desire of the author, reprinted in book form with the addition of numerous tables and plans not hitherto published. These latter will, it is hoped, enhance the interest and value of the whole, and justify the publisher in his production of an English Edition of a valuable Dutch handbook.
