The third national wheat utilization research conference was held November 5 to 7, 1964, in Manhattan, Kansas, with Kansas State University as host. Dr. Glenn H. Beck, the University's Dean of Agriculture, warmly welcomed the attend ants. Organizations and personnel responsible for program and arrangements were mentioned by Mr. Howard Morton. His Speech and those that followed are included in this report.
