In obedience to a resolution of the Senate of the 4th ia stant, I transmit herewith, a statement of the funds and property of the Bank of Rochester, made on the 2d of Sept. 1834; and a statement of the condition of the Long Island Bank, at Brooklyn, on the 17th of January, 1835.
