Questo libro si potrebbe intitolare: Storia d,' un annc scolastico, scritta da un alunno di d' una scuola municipale d' Italia. Dicendo scritta da un alunnc di 3 non voglio dire che l' abbia scritta propriament< lui, tal quale è stampata. Egli notava man mano ir un quaderno, come sapeva, quello che aveva visto sentito, pensato, nella scuola e fuori; e suo padre in fin d' anno, corresse quelle note, studiandosi di no alterare il pensiero, e di conservare quanto fos* possibile, le parole del figliuolo. Il quale poi, qu: tro anni dopo, essendo già nel Ginnasio, rilesse quaderno) 0 v'aggiunse qualcosa di suo, valendosi dc memoria ancor fresca. Delle persone e delle cose.
