Employee proactivity has largely been understood in terms employees changing their environment or changing themselves. In this novel study, Wu offers an alternative lens through which to examine such behavior: the concept of attachment theory. Chia-Huei Wu is an associate professor at Durham University. His research focuses on proactive behaviour, work and personality development, and subjective well-being. He earned his PhD degree at the University of Western Australia.
