Biografía del autor:

Stuart M. Israel is a labor lawyer. Barry Goldman is an arbitrator and mediator. Both are long-time practitioners, sometime law school teachers, and Fellows of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and Barry is a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators. Barry is the author of The Science of Settlement—Ideas for Negotiators (2008) and Stuart is the author of Taking and Defending Depositions (2004), both originally published by American Law Institute-American Bar Association.
