Peggy Nash Marx served as chairperson of a top New England college interview committee for many years. While working directly with admissions, she has managed the interview process for hundreds of diverse applicants. In addition, Peggy has trained high-level executives on how to succeed in public speaking and interviews. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Tufts University.

Kyrie O’Connor is a branding and marketing expert who has spent her career launching and building brands and businesses for Fortune 500 companies. Kyrie has interviewed hundreds of students as chairperson of a top college interview committee. She graduated magna cum laude from Tufts, and earned an MBA with honors from the Stern School at New York University.
