In my work, I have gone to 35 countries where I was able to find and buy these models as well as vacations in Europe, Canada, and the U.S. Models come from Albania, Belize, Canada (Quebec, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador), Chile, Colombia, Croatia, Egypt, England and Scotland, France, Guatemala, Holland, Kenya, Macedonia, St. Vincent and Tobago, Syria, Far East Russia and the USA..With two exceptions (Lobster Boat and Trap Skiff), all of the models are sailboats or non-motorized craft. Photos and descriptions are included for each model. They are truly works of art.

For 70 years, I have sailed many types of boats - racing and cruising sailboats. I have raced catamarans, Windmills, International 14s and other sailboats across the U.S. I have cruised everywhere in the Chesapeake Bay from a traditional bugeye to an Erickson 35. Now, I race small boats - historic 1939 Chesapeake 20, MC and E Scows in Sarasota, Florida. I carefully selected models that were authentic and accurate to the original sailboat during my worldwide travels.
