Megan Reeh has a background in Industrial Engineering, and worked in the corporate world for five years in various roles in lean manufacturing. Lean, in the manufacturing world, is all about process improvement, efficiency, and the elimination of waste. A lean facility will yield profitable results. A truly lean facility will value it's employees and understand that people are it's most important resource. Over the course of five years spent working for big corporations, she identified the biggest, most frightening waste she had ever seen: the waste of potential. People everywhere were settling for mediocrity in various aspects of their lives. So, she quit her job, and made it her mission to achieve the goals she has set for her life, and to help others do the same. In 2016, she founded Lean Lives, LLC. A lean consulting company who's mission is to help individuals and small businesses maximize potential.
