Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Trey Spetch is an engineer in northern Virginia with no professional legal experience. In 1999 he initiated his first TCPA lawsuit, representing himself. With no attorney help, he progressed the case all the way to trial, where he defeated a national corporation and their team of lawyers in the Fairfax County General District Court and won a $4,500 judgment. Bolstered by that first win, he has pursued many other TCPA cases over the years as a hobby and gained a wealth of experience on the successes and pitfalls of the process.
