We shake the hand of the high-paid restaurant managers and owners. But waitresses? Who cares? Well I do! Does the world know that your hourly pay rate is below $5 an hour? I do, and I want to help you! I love waitresses, and it’s time you’re shown the respect you deserve. When it's all said and done, don't we all judge a restaurant or cafe by the service? It's written just for you. In fact, this may be the only book ever written exclusively for you the waitress.
