Dr. LaTasha L. Nesbitt aka The Aspiration Architect is a passionate leader in the areas of education and personal development. She is a highly sought after voice of expertise who has conducted extensive public speaking in the areas of race and educational research, abstinence, and other personal development topics. She is owner of Dr Nes International LLC, a consulting and publishing firm and The Nes Foundation, a residential diversionary program that offers educational opportunities and employment training for males who are first-time, non-violent drug offenders. Dr. Nes also serves alongside her husband Dr. Matthew Nesbitt, in itinerant ministry as they U.S and abroad. She authored her freshmen project, which is a life application memoir entitled: Unfinished Business: Tragedy, Truth & Triumph in 2015. She received both her Ph.D. and Master of Arts degrees in Education Policy, Organization & Leadership from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University in Political Science. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA with her husband and two children.
