Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr. Jim Earle has been in leadership positions in various organizations for over 25 years. He combines this practical experience with a leadership education achieved while earning Masters of Business Administration and Doctor of Education degrees. Dr. Earle's experience as a leader includes 11 years with the University of Pittsburgh Athletic Department. Among the various positions he held during his time in college athletics, he was the Assistant Athletic Director for Football Operations. In this role, Dr. Earle realized the many valuable leadership lessons and management techniques being used by most successful college football programs. This book, a result of that experience, presents the 100 yards of leadership success from someone who has been on the inside of college football and witnessed how effective these tools can be in building productive, motivated teams in successful organizations.
