I hadn’t thought about it in a number of years. In fact it was completely gone to the adult me. It came back to me from a long ago place and time. After reading it I now have an idea what it could mean to us in this current century. Or actually at any time since it was ratified. My hope is that you will read what I’ve compiled here and make a just and good decision on what this Amendment and our Constitution represents to every citizen of our own small planet, not just American citizens.
