D. L. Arber, writer, actor and poet, was born in Illinois and grew up in Colorado, in the United States of America. He is a 2005 graduate of the University of Northern Colorado in Theatre Arts. As a student he performed in numerous school productions and also participated in New York University's summer theatre program. Following graduation he worked on stage, both as an actor and a producer, and in television in New York and Los Angeles, before returning to Colorado. In recent years he has been involved in writing short stories, plays and poetry.
