Path to Possibility, his story, is remarkable testimony of this motto, how he has set goals for himself and consistently made them happen. Vikash is the Marketing & Business Unit Director, Savoury, Asia Pacific, at Givaudan, the world's No.1 flavours and fragrances company. His professional journey of over 20 years has included roles in manufacturing, quality control, product development, R&D, setting up new factories, business development, and turning businesses around. Vikash is married to Sharmili. They have two kids, a son Ishan and a daughter Kashvi. He is extremely proud of all of them for living life with both purpose and passion, and having the courage to pursue their dreams. His own purpose and passion is passing forward his life's work and learning. To this end, he coaches and mentors young adults to understand their IP so that they can excel in everything they do and shorten their learning curve in life.
