Inhaltsangabe

The objective of Stewards of Transformation is simply to help you as Board President and Head of School to build a strong, powerful relationship resulting in Godly leadership, wise foresight, practical planning, keen mentoring and ongoing growth. Transformed schools have happy kids, full enrollment, solid finances, and engaged Boards. Without this, the school is weak or closes. By the hundred. Schools transform over time, not hurriedly but patiently, through disciplined work. Transformed schools are successful for this generation and will continue to serve successfully for generations to come. This book helps you do that. Simon Jeynes is the Executive Director of Christian School Management, former international consultant to 150 schools for Independent School Management, and Christian educator and School Head for almost three decades. His mission is to bring joy into the life of each student. He believes that his journey has intentionally come to this place at this time in history. Christian School Management was founded in 2017 to reverse the decline in Christian education. Its mission is For Jesus; Through Mission; With Students. It is a 401(c)3 operated by committed Christian school leaders providing advice and counsel through Empower, CSM's weekly newsletter, through consulting, workshops, and other resources. It works across denominational boundaries to build God's kingdom "on earth as it is heaven".
