Tracy Grace is an elementary principal with almost 30 years of experience as a classroom teacher, math consultant, school administrator, and professional development facilitator. A recognized math specialist, she has played a key role in school-wide improvement-in-mathematics initiatives in many underperforming schools that led to dramatic improvement. Tracy is mom of two incredible kids, a wife to her strongest supporter, and a passionate educator who loves going to school. She lives near London, Ontario, Canada.
