ROY ZIEGLER, is a vice president with overall responsibility for FGG's western region. He has spent the last 12 years working with managed care organizations to develop information technology strategies and to implement information systems solutions to improve operating performance. Some of Mr. Ziegler's clients include PacifiCare Health Systems, Aetna Health Plan, and Allina.
