He is the co–author of Integrated Health Care: Reorganizing the Physician, Hospital and Health Plan Relationship (1944) and The Crisis in Health Care (1990). KEITH D. MOORE is a managing director of BBC.He is co–author of The Crisis in Health Care (1990) and Market–Driven Strategies in Health Care (1987). ELIZABETH A. FISCHER is a BBC managing director. Fischer is a co–author of Integrated Health Care: Reorganizing the Physician, Hospital and Health Plan Relationship (1994).
