Where is God leading me? How can I know? What are the signs?

Have you ever found yourself looking for signs to tell you God’s will for your life—what it is, or will be, or was, or could be? Few things weigh more on the minds of Christians  han the search for God’s will for their lives. And there’s a lot of confusion surrounding the whole subject.

Everyone seems to have a different method for determining God’s will, and many have suffered disappointment and disillusionment in their search for it.

In this insightful, inspiring, and healing examination of an ever-popular subject, Dan Schaeffer cites the various methods people use to find answers to these questions, and  discusses the myths and principles surrounding this important quest. He also examines this subject from a new vantage point:

“We will look at the will of God as a journey, rather than a destination; something to walk in, rather than just seek out.”

Too often, says the author, we ignore what Scripture tells us about God’s will and rely instead on emotions, human counsel, or circumstances for direction. We can do better, and this book shows us how. You can then apply what you’ve learned with the study and discussion questions that follow each chapter.

(This is a revised and updated edition of the book formerly titled The Bush Is Burning and I’m All Out of Matches.)
