Martha Roper has been a teacher for 40 years and has been named one of the top-10 U.S. sexuality educators. She has been featured in Parents magazine and USA Today and has appeared on CBS Sunday Morning and as a regular guest for 15 years on KMOX radio in St. Louis. A member of the groundbreaking National Sexuality Education Guidelines Task Force, she also was named the National Health Education Professional of the Year. She and her husband jointly received the Lifetime Professional Service Award from Planned Parenthood of the Greater St. Louis Area. She lives in Manchester, Missouri.
