Colleen E. Crangle is a former student of Patrick Suppes and a long-time collaborator at Stanford University. They are coauthors ofLanguage and Learning for Robots. Adolfo García de la Sienra is professor and chairman in the Institute of Philosophy of Universidad
Veracruzana, Mexico. He is also a former student of Suppes. Helen E. Longino is the Clarence Irving Lewis Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Stanford University. She is author, most recently, ofStudying Human Behavior:How Scientists Investigate Aggression and Sexuality, published by the University of Chicago Press.
