Ebelia Hernandez is an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Education, Rutgers University. Sylvia Martinez is an Associate Professor, Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and Latino Studies at Indiana University, Bloomington. Sarita E. Brown is a Cofounder of Excelencia in Education.
