Raz is head of the nutrition department in the Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv, Israel's second largest hospital. She is also the founder and head of the School of Nutrition in the Judea and Samaria College. She has lectured about diet and nutrition internationally and is a member of the New York Academy of Science.
