He is a certified Cisco Systems instructor and has a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Science and a Master's Degree in Knowledge Based Systems from the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada. Amir is the author of the first edition of the CCNP Support Exam Certification Guide from Cisco Press.
