Scott Christianson. PhD, is a former New York State criminal justice official, investigative reporter, college professor, consultant, and author. Lowell Levine is a forensic scientist. Identifying the remains of Nazi war criminal Josef Mengele and helping to convict serial killer Ted Budy are two of his best-known cases.
