Prashanth Padmanabhan is the topic lead and Product Manager for SAP Enterprise Learning. He is responsible for the product strategy and roadmap of SAP Enterprise Learning, and has over 15 years of experience in the training industry in the areas of content development, learning management system design, and implementation and management of on-demand learning platforms.

Christian Hochwarth has been the development project manager for SAP Enterprise Learning since 2004. He is responsible for the overall design, development and delivery of SAP Enterprise Learning, and is also the leader of the global SAP Enterprise Learning development team. Christian holds an US patent for the design of SAP Learning Solution.

Sharon Wolf Newton is principal and CEO of hyperCision Inc. She has over 12 years experience in the management and implementation of SAP HCM solutions, particularly SAP Enterprise Learning and the SAP Learning Solution. She has worked with over seventy customers, including twenty-five Fortune 500 and Global 500 organizations, both from an implementation and a support standpoint, and has supported more than 20 clients in their SAP Enterprise Learning implementations. Ms. Newton was a Platinum Consultant at SAP America for 10 years.

Shankar Bharathan is the product manager for SAP Enterprise Learning. He has over 8 years of experience in the HCM domain. Before joining SAP, Shankar worked for Ramco Systems Ltd., an India-based ERP vendor.

Manoj Parthasarathy is a Senior Manager responsible for Learning and Performance Implementations at Convergys Corporation. Manoj has over 10 years of experience in the Learning Industry specializing in the areas of Learning Management Systems implementation and content design and development. He has successfully implemented a wide variety of Learning Management Systems including SAP enterprise Learning for various customers.
