He is currently an independent consultant specializing in SAP ERP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations. He has over 12 years of experience as a functional lead and project manager/program manager in the HCM space. Venki's area of implementation specialization includes E-Recruiting, Learning Solutions (LMS), Performance Management, Goals Administration, Succession Planning, and Nakisa. Since then, he's been implementing the Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) functionality in projects throughout the world. He works for IBM Global Business Services.
