JIM MOORE pens cycling-related articles that appear regularly in The Oregonian and is a contributor to Cycle Oregon's publications and Travel Oregon's RideOregonRide.com. A member of Portland Wheelmen, Bicycle Transportation Alliance, and other cycling associations, not surprisingly, Jim's also the guy who gets called on to plan bike tours for all his friends every year. He lives in Portland, Oregon.
