Richard A. Burr is the founder of Pray-Think-Act Ministries, Inc., and former president of the late J. Edwin Orr's ministry, The Oxford Association for Research in Revival. He has also served as the excecutive director for the "Here's Life" campaigns of Campus Crusade for Christ. Mr. Burr and his wife, Anastasia, live in New Wilmington, Pennsylvania.
