Peter P. Toth, MD, PhD, FAAFP, FAHA, FACC Dr. Toth is the Director of Preventive Cardiology at the Sterling Rock Falls Clinic in Sterling, IL. He is has authored and coauthored over 100 scholarly articles and chapters. He is also a visiting Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Illinois School of Medicine. Christopher P. Cannon, MD, FACC Dr. Cannon is a Senior Investigator for the TIMI Study Group, Cardiovascular Division, Brigham and Women's Hospital and Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.
