Gregg Lorberbaum is a thirty-year veteran of New York’s rough-and-tumble real estate industry. As one of Manhattan’s top tenant rep leasing brokers, he has developed a reputation for being a principled and savvy negotiator, earning him noteworthy client loyalty.

Prior to founding Centric Real Estate Advisors, Gregg was a cofounder of Staubach’s NewYork office where he oversaw the corporate brokerage activities and consulting department, and was a finalist for the industry’s Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award for his representation of Morgan Stanley’s 283,000-square foot renewal at 1221 Avenue of the Americas.

Gregg is also a strategic coach to several brokerage firms and real estate technology companies and is a general partner in WorkHouse, a newly-developed executive suite concept.
