Shaun Morey is the author the bestselling Incredible Fishing Stories and Kids Incredible Fishing Stories, as well as the first two Atticus Fish novels, Wahoo Rhapsody and El Dorado Blues. He was the winner of the inaugural Abbey-Hill writing short-story contest and is a three time winner of the Los Angeles Times novel writing contest. Over the years Shaun has worked as an attorney, a fishmonger, a tennis instructor, an associate literary agent, and a bartender, providing him plenty of fodder for many of the outrageous tales he spins in his novels. Like any good traveler, Shaun has made many fascinating discoveries while exploring Baja including kilos of marijuana floating in the Sea of Cortez, fossilized megalodon shark teeth secreted in seedy bars, and a huge Mahi Mahi nearly caught by hand on a remote Baja beach. The fish escaped, the story did not.
