Tracy Maylett, Ed.D, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is the president and CEO of DecisionWise, a global management and consulting firm that focuses on employee experience design and evaluation&;facilitated through coaching, training, feedback, and assessments. In addition to his doctorate in organization change from Pepperdine University, Maylett&;s expertise extends to organization development, industrial psychology, executive coaching, and psychometric assessment.
