Jeffrey Douglas Dailey is associate professor in the Department of Security Studies and Criminal Justice at Angelo State University.

James Robert Phelps created one of the nationally top-10-ranked programs in border and homeland security at Angelo State University. He is now on the adjunct graduate faculty at Aurora University and NOVA Southeastern University.
